The Peacock Abstractions Quilt is the first animal Abstractions quilt to include multiple layout options. There are 3 different interpretations in the pattern, but the possibilities are endless! These quilts were made with Kona solids and Manchester cotton, both from Robert Kaufman.
Peacock Abstractions: View C
The third layout option features the peacock feather block in a rainbow of Kona. This quilt can be made using 3 Kona 101 charm packs. Finished size 51" x 61".
Peacock Abstractions: View B
In this layout, the Peacock has his tail swept to the side. Finished size 48" x 48".
Errata
In the first printing of this pattern, in "VIEW B" under "Getting Started View B (back cover) uses..." (7) RIGHT facing Half Tail Feathers not LEFT facing.
Also in the cutting directions for "Cut eight rectangles from background fabric...", the (2) 3" x 5" should be (2) 3"x 15". The cutting diagram images are correct- it's only the cut list that is incorrect.
