The first two pages are the full color cover that should be printed on 11" x 17" paper.
The following 44 pages are templates to be printed at 100% on 11" x 17" paper. Templates can be printed in black & white and should be printed on a dark enough setting to capture all of the detailed information on the templates.
Most home printers WILL NOT PRINT 11" x 17" paper. We recommend Staples and the average cost is under $5.
